Nomination
Each colts team manager will nominate a player based on the following criteria:
1) On field performance - batting, bowling and fielding
2) Effort/determination shown in training
3) Willingness to learn and following instructions
4) Working well and supporting other players
5) Displaying situational awareness
6) Exemplary conduct on and off the field
7) Dedication and passion in matches
8) Overall achievement during the month
Additional rules
1) No player will be permitted to be 'Player of the Month' for two consecutive months.
2) Only fully paid up members will be considered.
3) Player must be in good standing e.g. not sanctioned.
Decision process
The players for consideration will be decided by the management committee. The decision is final. There is no monetary prize. The full name of the 'Player of the Month' will be posted on the club Instagram account and the club website. A photo may be added, if available at the time of publishing. The player will have bragging rights for that month.
